PostSubject: Blacklisting Procedure   Sun Aug 05, 2012 4:51 am

Blacklisting tends to happen in any league. You will have players that sign up but arent active, players that are causing problems in the league, etc.

As management the only valid Blacklists you are eligibal to file for are as follows:

-Inactivity
If a player on your roster is inactive in the sense you can not contact them, their not posting on availability threads or in any locker room associated posts and you cant get them to play you may file for a Blacklist.

THIS IS HOW YOU HAVE TO FORMAT THE BLACKLIST FOR IT TO BE CONSIDERED VALID:

Team Name:

Player(s) Being Placed on the Blacklist:

Reason:

Evidence:

PM Recipients:

PM Quote:

Information Explanation

Team Name - (Obviously what ever your team is...Buffalo, Philadelphia etc.)

Reason - (what is the player being blacklisted for...inactivity, rude behavoir, etc.)

Evidence - (List all evidence here for proof...availability thread links, messages, etc.)

PM Recipients - (who did you send the PM's to on the site, list the BOG you sent it to and the player(s) you sent it to.

PM Quote - Quote the PM, so copy and paste the PM in this section of your blacklist file.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY PM: If you are intending to blacklist someone you must send a message on the site to that player you are attempting to blacklist and the BOG's should resemble something like this.

PM EXAMPLE:

l1l Bure l0l

This message is to inform you that you are being placed on the blacklist for Season One for Inactivity. If you do not feel this Blacklist is valid you have 7 days to appeal to PIHL BOG's with your case. If you fail to contact a PIHL BOG by the end of the 7 day period the blacklist will be considered valid and you will not recieve and opportunity to appeal.
